Eligibility is granted for children who reside in the Dream Come True service area for a minimum of 6 months, and who suffer with an illness that has significantly altered their quality of life. Please be sure to read the Dream Eligibility before referring a child. Someone from Dream Come True will contact the child's family.
The child must be able to derive enjoyment from a dream and must be able to articulate a dream. A child is not eligible for a dream if the child has received a dream from another wish granting organization.
Children, who may qualify for a dream, are referred to Dream Come True by family, friends, clergy, doctors and social workers. If you know a child who may qualify, you may refer them by submitting this online form.
